Domes Miramare, A Luxury Collection Resort, Corfu

The hotel has a great and I think unique location right on the water, great staff, polite and always very friendly! The food was very good, great and varied selection! The rooms were always clean! Unfortunately, reserving a lounger was really annoying and unpleasant and not just typically German!!! The British guests were probably even worse! In the morning, the first ones sneaked around at seven o'clock and reserved the loungers! Simply impossible, but the hotel can't help it! We also noticed the very rude guests! Some weren't able to say hello! Maybe they were just something better????? I would still like to come back!

We stayed here in April 2019, and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were so helpful and lovely - nothing was too much trouble and the concierge service was brilliant. They helped arrange some wonderful excursions including horseriding and gave great advice on places to go and things to do. The breakfast was unbelievable, so much choice. As was the dinner service. Will definitely be coming here again in the future

The people at this property are the reason I will be a Marriott customer for life. Our exceptional hospitality experience started with a welcome drink outside and personal check in from Maria. She answered our questions, offered recommendations and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our entire stay. This luxury property offers exceptional views, delicious food, beautiful art and easy access to experiences. The above and beyond experience occurred when we were in a car accident just outside the hotel. The staff rushed to our service and stayed by our side through a multi hour ordeal involving ice packs, insurance, tow trucks and the police. We did not speak the language, and the experience would have been so different if it were not for the exceptional advocacy and kindness of Christophorus Sino. He kept saying, “You are not alone with this.” And we weren’t. The team brought chairs, guided us, comforted us and offered incredible support. The entire team was incredibly generous during a difficult time. I will never forget the experience this team extended to us and do every single guest. There are still incredible people in the world, and I am convinced that many, many of them work here.
